Brand Introduction
Our company is a senior manufacturer in China’s electric warehouse equipment industry, founded in 1970. The brand specializes in the R&D, production and sales of a full range of material handling and warehouse equipment, including manual/electric pallet trucks, stackers, counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, tow tractors and more with hundreds of specifications. Custom non-standard solutions are available to meet global logistics and warehousing needs.Our products are sold to over 80 countries and regions including the United States, Canada and Australia, earning high recognition and trust worldwide.
Warranty Terms
All products come with 1-year official whole-machine warranty. The warranty only covers non-artificial quality issues of original factory craftsmanship and genuine parts under normal use, with free remote troubleshooting and technical support provided.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty, and we shall not be liable for any compensation or after-sales service:Man-made damage, improper operation, overloading, unauthorized modification or disassembly, water ingress and moisture damage, private rewiring;Conventional wearing parts such as wheels, bearings, seals and carbon brushes are excluded from warranty coverage.
Logistics & Shipping
All equipment is shipped directly from the original factory in China. All freight costs shall be borne by the buyer, including delivery fees, tariffs, customs clearance fees and local delivery charges.We are not responsible for any additional costs or downtime losses caused by logistics delays and customs detention at the destination country.We only arrange domestic shipment and formal customs declaration, and do not cover overseas local warehousing, door-to-door delivery or on-site pickup arrangement.
